I prefer the entrepreneurial spirit and to be in a company that does not wait to adjust to the market until the last minute, but one that likes to see what new technologies can do for them. I prefer an informal office tone and a flat team structure (Or atleast flat enough that anyone, regardless of seniority can have their voice heard)."
